链盘动刀式马铃薯种薯自动切块机取种装置设计与试验

摘要:
为进一步提高链盘动刀式马铃薯种薯自动切块机取种装置的作业质量,基于EDEM-RecurDyn耦合方法对切块机取种装置作业过程进行仿真分析,按照二次旋转正交组合试验设计,以充种倾角、链轮转速和种层高度为影响因素,以取种合格指数和取种损失指数为响应值,通过预试验和单因素试验确定各因素对响应值的影响规律;基于前期仿真试验结果开展多因素仿真试验获得取种装置最优工作参数组合,并通过台架试验验证最优参数的可靠性。结果表明:当种薯质量为140~210 g时,各因素影响装置取种合格指数的主次顺序为,链轮转速、种层高度和充种倾角,影响取种损失指数的主次顺序为,种层高度、充种倾角和链轮转速。基于回归模型优化得到取种装置最优工作参数为,充种倾角29.59°、种层高度352.77 mm、链轮转速44.25 r/min;以最优参数进行台架试验得出,取种合格指数为94.31%,取种损失指数4.85%,与仿真试验预测结果相近。

Design and experiment of seed picking device for seed potato automatic slicing machine with chain disc moving knife

Abstract:
In order to further improve the working quality of the seed picking device of the sprocket moving knife type automatic potato slicing machine, the working process of the seed picking device of the slicing machine was simulated and analyzed based on the EDEM-RecurDyn coupling method, and a quadratic rotation orthogonal combination experiment was designed. Taking seed filling inclination angle, sprocket speed and species height as influencing factors, seed qualification index and seed loss index as response values, the influence law of each factor on response value was determined by pre-test and single-factor test. Based on the previous simulation test results, the optimal working parameter combination of the seed selection device was obtained, and the reliability of the optimal parameters was verified by bench test. The results showed that: when When the mass of seed potato was within140 to 210 g, the primary and secondary factors affecting the qualified index of seed selection were sprocket speed, species height and seed filling inclination angle, and the primary and secondary factors affecting seed loss index were species height, seed filling inclination angle and sprocket speed. Based on the regression model, the optimal working parameters of the seed collecting device were obtained as follows: Seed filling angle 29.59°, species height 352.77 mm, sprocket speed 44.25 r/min. The bench test with the optimal parameters showed that the qualified index of seed selection was 94.31%, and the loss index of seed selection was 4.85%, which is close to the prediction result of simulation test.
