为探索不同稻作制度下水稻生产碳排放效率的演化趋势与异同,利用碳排放核算和DEA-SBM模型的方法,对2002—2014年我国水稻主产省份的碳排放效率进行研究,结果表明:1)相比于考虑"非期望产出"的DEA-SBM模型,传统的DEA-CCR模型存在对农业碳排放效率的高估问题;2)在研究期间内,尽管我国大部分种植水稻的省和直辖市未达到帕累托有效,但其碳排放效率呈现出不断提高的趋势;3)进一步地,将水稻划分为早、中、晚三季水稻并分别计算其碳排放效率值。结果显示,种植单季稻(中稻)的碳排放效率明显要高于种植双季稻(早稻和晚稻),这也表明稻作制度影响水稻生产的碳排放效率。基于以上结论,本研究提出改善水稻生产碳排放效率的策略建议,从而为实现农业低碳循环发展提供决策参考。 |

Analysis of carbon emission efficiency of rice in China under different rice planting patterns based on the DEA-SBM model |

In order to explore the similarities and differences of carbon emission efficiency changes of rice under different cropping patterns, the carbon efficiency of rice producing provinces in China from 2002 to 2014 was studied by using the method of carbon emission accounting and DEA-SBM model.The results showed that:1) Compared with the DEA-SBM model considering "undesirable output" the traditional DEA-CCR model overestimated the efficiency of agricultural carbon emissions;2) During the research period, although most of the provinces and municipalities in China didn't reach Pareto effective, their carbon emission efficiency showed a rising trend;3) Furthermore, rice was divided into early, mid and late season categories and their carbon emission efficiency values were respectively calculated.It was found that the efficiency of single cropping (mid-season rice) is significantly higher than that of double cropping (early and late rice), indicating that rice system displayed impact on the carbon efficiency of rice production.Based on the results above, a policy implication to improve the efficiency of emission efficiency of rice and therefore to reach the goal of low carbon and cycle development in agriculture was proposed in this study. |
