延胡索种茎分级与药材产量及质量关系的研究

摘要:
为探讨延胡索种茎分级与药材产量和质量的关系,通过相关分析、主成分分析确定延胡索种茎的分级指标,利用K-均值聚类分析将32份延胡索材料分为3级。以各等级种茎为处理连续2年进行田间对比试验,于生长期测定延胡索植株的生长指标、光合效率及产量参数,收获后室内测定延胡索药材有效成分含量,确定净度和最大直径为延胡索种茎的分级指标,初步确立了延胡索种茎的质量分级标准。结果表明:其中Ⅰ级延胡索种茎,净度≥98%,直径≥1.85 cm;Ⅱ级延胡索种茎,净度≥95%,种苗直径≥1.50 cm;Ⅲ级延胡索种茎,净度≥92%,种苗直径≥1.00 cm。不同等级延胡索种茎对植株生长、光合效率及产量有显著影响,均表现为:Ⅰ级 > Ⅱ级 > Ⅲ级。Ⅰ、Ⅱ级种茎对延胡索生长和产量的影响差异不显著,均与Ⅲ级差异显著;有效成分延胡索乙素含量表现为:Ⅲ级(0.086%) > Ⅱ级(0.085%) > Ⅰ级(0.081%),三者差异不显著,但均高于《中国药典》(2015年版)0.05%的标准。

Influence of seed-stems grading on plant growth, yield and quality of Corydalis yanhusuo

Abstract:
To provide the basis for seed-stems standard and standardization cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine Corydalis rhizoma,the relationship between the seed-stem grading and plant growth,yield and quality were investigated.The morphological indexes of the seedlings were measured and the method of principal component and correlation analysis were used to determine the grading index.K-average clustering analysis was applied to classified 32 samples of Corydalis yanhusuo into three grades.Field contrast experiments were conducted to measure the indicators of plant growth and development,photosynthesis,yield and quality of each grade seed-stems on the same planting and manage measure. The primary quality indicators of the seed-stems grading were determined by neatness and maximum diameter.The results showed that:For class Ⅰ seed-stems,its neatness was ≥98% and maximum diameter was ≥1.85 cm;For class Ⅱ seed-stems,its neatness was 95%-98% and maximum diameter was 1.50-1.85 cm;For class Ⅲ seed-stems,its neatness was 92%-95% and maximum diameter is 1.0-1.5 cm.The plant growth,photosynthesis and yield of the class Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly larger than those of the class Ⅲ.The tetrahydropalmatine content of the class Ⅲ (0.086%) was slightly higher than that of the class Ⅰ (0.081%) and Ⅱ (0.085%),and the active ingredient were all higher than Chinese pharmacopoeia standard (0.05%).The seed-stems grading had significantly effect on the plant growth,photosynthesis and yield of C. yanhusuo,but had no obvious effect on the intrinsic quality of medicinal material.
