| 为了解农民工对工作满意度的评价，并研究农民工个人特征、社会资本、工作状况对于工作满意度的影响，统计分析2 314份农民工调查问卷。结果表明：1）影响农民工工作满意度的主要因素是农民工的社会资本变量、工作状况变量，个人特征变得不显著；2）在社会资本方面，家庭型社会资本重要性降低，生活型和工作型社会资本的重要性升高；3）在工作状况因素方面，农民工重视工作状况的劳动强度、福利水平和保障状况，而同时对工资的重视程度降低；4）新生代农民工和老一代农民工在影响其工作满意度的因素方面存在差异，新生代农民工更加重视工作型社会资本。工作状况因素中，新生代农民工认为医疗保险、工伤保险、工资比较重要；而老一代农民工认为养老保险比较重要。 |

| Influential factors on migrant worker's job satisfaction: Based on the gap analysis about the new and older generation of migrant workers |

| A total of 2 314 questionnaires were used to investigate migrant worker's job satisfaction,study individual characteristics,social capital,and working conditions factors.The results showed:1) The main factors were working conditions,social capital variables of migrant workers,individual characteristics was not significant;2) The importance of family social capital was reduced.And the importance of "social and work" social capital was enhanced;3) In terms of working condition factors,the migrant workers paid great attention to the working conditions of labor intensity,welfare level and security while paid less attention to salary;4) There were differences in factors influencing job satisfaction between new and older generation of migrant workers The new generation migrant workers payed more attention to work type of social capital.Among the factors of working conditions,the new generation of migrant workers attached great importance to medical insurance,industrial injury insurance and wage,and the older generation of migrant workers paid attention to endowment insurance. |
