| 为探究不同模式的农民合作社的形成过程与影响因素，将农民合作社的模式归纳为“中间组织引导型”、“龙头企业联合型”和“种养大户带动型”的基础上，构建Logistic回归模型对3种不同模式农民合作社形成的影响因素进行计量分析，并结合典型案例研究对影响机理进行解析。结果表明：生产过程对技术的要求、技术更新速度、购买生产资料频率、农户管理能力及当地有中间组织对“中间组织引导型”的形成有显著影响；生产过程中对技术的要求、技术更新速度、商品初加工资金投入、农产品商品化程度与当地有龙头企业对“龙头企业联合型”的形成有显著影响；资产专用性成本、销售农产品频率、购买生产资料频率、农产品市场价格波动及农户种养（或养殖）规模及农户管理能力对“种养大户带动型”的形成有显著影响。基于以上研究，提出发展我国农民合作社应因地制宜，结合当地禀赋资源发展不同模式的合作社，注重依托龙头企业与中间组织等优势资源、培养农村精英等引导合作社发展。 |

| Influential factors on the formation of different farmer cooperatives modes: From the perspective of peasant household's production process |

| In order to explore the formation process and influence factors of farmer cooperatives of different modes,Three farmer cooperation modes,"intermediate organization guiding cooperative mode","leading enterprises jointed cooperative mode" and "large-scale planting and breeding households driven cooperative mode" were summarized,and a Logistic regression model was then constructed to analyze the causes of these cooperative modes,and typical cases to analyzed the formation mechanisms of the three types of cooperative modes were applied.The results show that:The requirements for high techniques,technical update speed in process of producing,the frequency of purchasing means of production,farmers' ability of managing,existence of local related intermediary organizations have a great influence in the formation process of "intermediate organization guiding cooperative mode";Requirements on techniques in process of producing,technical update speed in process of producing,capital investment in the primary processing of agricultural products commercialization degree of agricultural products and existence of local large-scale leading enterprises have a great influence on the formation process of "leading enterprises jointed cooperative mode";Cost of specific assets,yearly frequency of buying means of production,yearly frequency of selling agricultural products,market price fluctuation of the agricultural products,breeding or planting scale of the farmers and farmers' ability of managing have a great influence on the formation process of "large-scale planting and breeding households driven cooperative mode".Based on the above research,we propose that:In the process of advancing the farmers cooperatives we should consider local conditions,such as using the local resource develop different farmer cooperatives mode,taking advantage of leading enterprises and middle organization's resource,cultivating rural elite to guide the cooperatives' development. |
