谷子联合收获机脱粒装置设计与试验

摘要:
针对现有谷物联合收获机脱粒装置对谷子脱粒清选困难的问题,采用田间单因素试验、正交试验、二次回归正交试验的方法,研究脱粒元件、滚筒转速、凹板筛筛条间距、脱粒间隙4因素对谷子脱粒效果的影响规律,分析各因素的显著性,并建立回归模型。结果表明:影响脱粒性能的因素主次顺序为:凹板筛筛条间距、滚筒转速、脱粒间隙、脱粒元件;最优参数组合为凹板筛筛条间距7.9 mm,滚筒转速928.3 r/min,脱粒间隙10.4 mm,全纹杆脱粒元件。

Design and test of the threshing device of millet combine harvester

Abstract:
Millet was difficult to be threshed and cleaned using current threshing device of grain combine harvester.Single factor field experiment,orthogonal experiment,and quadratic orthogonal regression experiment were designed and carried out to find out the effects of threshing components,rotation speed of the roller,diagrid spacing of gravure screen and threshing clearance on threshing effect.Significances of these factors were analyzed and regression models were built.The results showed that the sequences of factors influencing the threshing performance were diagrid spacing of gravure screen,roller speed,threshing clearance,and threshing components.Optimal parameters were that:The diagrid spacing of gravure screen was 7.9 mm,the roller speed was 928.3 r/min,the threshing clearance was 10.4 mm,and the threshing components were rasp bars.
