氮肥对棉花应用增效缩节胺封顶效果的影响 |

摘要: |
为明确棉花施N对DPC+(1,1-二甲基哌啶鎓氯化物;1,1-Dimethyl-piperidinium chloride)化学封顶效应的影响,以新陆早53号为材料,于2013—2014年在新疆石河子地区进行田间试验。研究结果表明,施N量对棉花株高和果枝数影响不大,但显著影响棉花的产量。中N(300 kg/hm2)处理子棉产量最高,较低N(150 kg/hm2)和高N(450 kg/hm2)分别增加23.5%和6.6%。棉花株高和果枝台数随DPC+剂量的增加而下降,不同剂量DPC+的株高较CK增加4.8~11.6 cm,果枝数增加3.8~4.6台。中剂量(750 mL/hm2)DPC+处理的平均产量与CK基本持平,高剂量(1 050 mL/hm2)略有降低,低剂量(450 mL/hm2)的较CK降低6%~9%。中N中剂量DPC+的产量是所有处理中(包括CK)最高的,主要原因在于干物质向经济器官的分配较多。低N和高N量下,分别以低剂量DPC+和高剂量DPC+的产量相对较高。施N量和DPC+对棉花纤维品质无显著影响。棉花生产中需要根据N肥用量确定适宜的DPC+剂量进行化学封顶。 |

Effect of nitrogen fertilizer on plant growth and yield formation of cotton applied with fortified DPC |

In order to investigate the effect of N rate on the responses of cotton growth as well as yield and fiber quality to DPC+,field experiments were conducted in 2013 and 2014 in Shehezi,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,using a split-plot design with the N rate as main plot and the DPC+ dose as the subplot.Cotton variety Xinluzao 53 was used as material in this study,and manual topping was as control for DPC+ application.The results indicated that the N rate didn't affect plant height (PH) and the number of sympodias (SN),but significantly affected cotton yield.Middle N rate (300 kg/hm2) produced the greatest yield,which was 23.5% and 6.6% greater than that of low N rate (150 kg/hm2) and high N rate (450 kg/hm2),respectively.With the increase of DPC+ dose,the PH and SN decreased.Compared to control,the PH of DPC+ application was 4.8-11.6 cm higher,and the SN was 3.8-4.6 more.The mean yield at middle dose of DPC+ (750 mL/hm2) was similar to that of control,and slightly lower than that of control at high dose of DPC+ (1 050 mL/hm2),but reduced by 6%-9% at low dose of DPC+ (450 mL/hm2).The yield of middle dose of DPC+ under middle N rate showed the highest yield among all treatments (including control),which resulted from appropriate dry mass accumulation and greater distribution ratio to reproductive part.The low- and high- dose of DPC+ produced the greater yield than other treatments including conttrol at low- and high N rate,respectively.The N rate and DPC+ dose didn't affect fiber quality.Taken together,we suggest that the N rate applied should be carefully considered while choosing application of optimum DPC+ dose to replace the manual topping in cotton production. |
