为了解我国农业产业集群的发展现状,分析我国农业产业集群效率及其影响因素,用于指导我国农业产业集群发展,促进我国农业产业化发展进程,本研究利用全国首批76家农业产业化示范基地2010-2012年数据,采用DEA-Tobit模型测度农业产业集群的效率,并分析其影响因素。研究结果显示:农业产业集群的效率呈递增趋势;东部地区的综合效率高于中部和西部地区,各地区的规模效率差异相对较小;企业带动型的农业产业集群的效率明显高于其他类型。城镇化和研发投入对农业产业集群效率的影响较为明显,资产总额对农业产业集群效率的影响并不显著。基于上述结论,为我国农业产业集群发展提出相应的政策建议。 |

The focus on supporting agricultural industrialization has gradually changed from leading agricultural enterprises to the agricultural cluster.In the view of developing agricultural industrialization in our country.This study uses relevant data of 2010-2012 collected from 76 agricultural industrialization demonstration base identification by Ministry of Agriculture, depends on DEA-Tobit Model to measure the efficiency of China's agricultural cluster and to analyze their impact factor.The results show that:Firstly, the efficiency of agricultural cluster shows an increasing trend.Secondly, total efficiency of eastern is greater than central and western regions, but the specific differences of scale efficiency of the agricultural cluster is not obvious;Thirdly, different types of agricultural cluster efficiency is very different, efficiency of Enterprise-driven agricultural cluster is significantly higher than other types;Fourthly, urbanization and R&D investment has significant impact on the efficiency of the agricultural cluster, total assets has not significant impact on the efficiency of the agricultural cluster.Based on the above findings, this paper puts forward some corresponding policy suggestions. |
