为研制适合牧草培育需要的小区播种机,并分析分种锥结构对种子分散均匀性的影响,制作了牧草小区播种排种器试验台,对种子在分种锥上的受力和运动进行理论分析。根据受力模型建立了二阶常微分方程组并求出了种子在给定初始条件下的相对运动和绝对运动轨迹的数值解。采用4种带不同导流槽数目的分种锥进行种子分散均匀性单因素试验,并用试验数据相对每次处理平均值的残差值建立了正态概率图进行检验。根据运动轨迹的求解可知,带导流槽的分种锥结构对种子分散均匀性有一定影响。单因素试验结果表明,导流槽个数增加会增大种子分散均匀性变异系数。正态概率图表明种子在排种器内进入各个格盘内的质量的残差值符合正态分布。 |

Experimental research of the grass seed motion and distribuion uniformity on distributor cone |

Abstract: |
A test-bed of grass seed metering was designed and manufactured for the uniformity of seed distribution research of a plot grass seeder.The seed motion and distribution on distributor cone was modeled basing on the second order ordinary differential equation which according to the force model and numerical solutions that stand for the relative motion track and absolute motion track of the grass seed.The calculation showed that the structure of the distributor cone had influence on the uniformity of seed distribution,which was confirmed by single factor-4 level experiment.The experiment result indicated that the vaviable coefficient of seed dispersible uniformity would be increased as the number of cone's groove increase.Normal probability graph was built with residual error obtained from the experiment data,and it proved that residual of the seeding experiment with cone seed metering obeyed normal distribution. |
