以‘香山水蜜桃’为试材,研究在桃果实迅速膨大期分别采取喷施1 200、1 600和2 000 mg/L多效唑,20 mg/L DA-6和20 mg/L DA-6+1 600 mg/L多效唑混合喷施和摘心处理对桃果实品质的影响。结果表明:喷施多效唑、DA-6均显著提高了桃果实单果重、果实硬度、可滴定酸和可溶性总糖含量,喷施不同浓度多效唑可显著提高桃果实果皮花色苷含量,但20 mg/L DA-6处理降低了果皮花青苷含量;摘心处理显著提高了果实硬度、可滴定酸、可溶性总糖含量和果皮花色苷含量,仅对单果重影响不显著。综合比较表明:1 600 mg/L多效唑处理可有效提高桃果实内在品质和外观品质,促进优质果的生产,是优于其他处理方法的一种田间管理技术措施。 |

Effects of plant growth regulators and topping on peach qualityduring fruit expansion period |

Abstract: |
This paper is concerned on the effect of spraying and topping 1 200,1 600 and 2 000 mg/L paclobutrazol,20 mg/L DA-6(N,N-diethylaminoethyl hexanote),and DA-6+paclobutrazol on peach quality during fruit expansion period.Results showed that paclobutrazol and DA-6 increased the weight of single fruit,fresh firmness,titratable acidity and total soluble sugar significantly.Different concentrations of paclobutrazol remarkably enhanced the concentration of antholyanin.In contrast,20 mg/L DA-6 reducesd the concentration of antholyanin.Topping treatments increased fresh firmness,titrable acidity,total soluble sugar and concentration of antholyanin significantly,but no significant influence on the weight of single fruit.It is suggesated that 1 600 mg/L paclobutrazol treatment is a viable measure to produce fruit with high favor and appearance. |
