针对传统PC机或单片机控制系统在自动嫁接机控制过程中对工作环境要求高,可靠性低,对操作人员技术要求高,推广性差等问题,提出将PLC作为控制器用于自动嫁接机控制系统。介绍了该自动嫁接机系统总体设计、控制系统设计。以及驱动装置与执行机构动作的编程实现。样机实验结果表明,基于PLC控制的自动嫁接机的嫁接速度可达1200~1380株/h,与采用单片机控制的自动嫁接机相比,工作效率提高了1倍多。 |

Abstract: |
As a traditional PC or SCM system had the features of a strict working condition, a skill manipulator, and poor reliability, we adopted a PLC as a controller in an automatic grafting machine. The overall design of an automatic grafting machine, the design of a PLC control system, as well as the programming realizations of the driving and executing devices were introduced in this paper. The experimental results from a sample machine showed that the engrafting rate of the automatic grafting machine base on PLC reached 1?200 to 1?380 plants per hour. Compared with a traditional grafting machine, the work efficiency was increased by 100%. |
