利用分形理论对稻谷产生的应力裂纹进行了分析研究。扫描电子显微镜的观察结果表明,稻谷产生的应力裂纹具有分形特征。建立了稻谷应力裂纹的沿晶脆断、穿晶脆断、沿晶和穿晶偶合脆断3种弯折扩展分形模型;建立了稻谷应力裂纹的分叉扩展分形模型,其分形维数与分叉角的大小有关。对稻谷产生应力裂纹的4种分形扩展模型进行了动力学分析,得到以下结论:沿晶和穿晶偶合脆断的临界扩展力<沿晶脆断的临界扩展力<穿晶脆断的临界扩展力<分叉扩展的临界扩展力。 |

Study on stress cracks of rough rice with the fractal theory |

Abstract: |
The initiation and propagation of stress cracks of rice kernel were studied by the fractal theory. The stress cracks of rice kernel were observed by Scanning Electronic Microscope. The stress cracks of rice kernel possessed a fractal character. Four types of propagating models of stress cracks were established. The propagating kinetics of stress cracks was studied. |
