在研制的射流冲击试验台上,采用图像对比的方法,对玉米颗粒在气体射流冲击作用下产生流态化运动时所需的喷嘴出口气流速度与冲击室宽镀、喷嘴直径、喷嘴间距和喷嘴高度之间的关系进行了试验研究。通过引入流化程度因子概念,采用正交试验得到了不同结构参数下物料流化所需的喷嘴出口气流速度。 |

Abstract: |
The relationship between the structural factors (the width of impinging chamber, nozzle spacing, nozzle diameter and nozzle to target spacing) and air velocity of an air impingement jet equipment was studied by using the method of visual examination. By introducing the concept of fluidization factor, the required velocity at nozzle outlet starting to fluidize particulate material under different structural factor was obtained. |
