| 对树脂吸附法提取黄芪皂甙进行了研究，通过试验确定了树脂吸附法提取黄芪皂甙的工艺条件。单因素试验结果表明：综合考虑黄芪皂甙粗品得率和皂甙含量，用体积分数为６０％的乙醇提取，树脂柱长度为５５ｃｍ，体积分数为８０％的乙醇洗脱时效果比较好。 |

| Study on Extracting Astragaloside by Resin Absorbing Method |

| Abstract: |
| The extraction of astragaloside from radix
astragali with a resin column has been studied. The method and processing conditions of
extracting astragaloside from radix astragali by resin absorbing method had been
determined through a lot of experiments. According to the single factor experiment, when
the astragaloside are extracted by 60% ethanol, the length of resin column is 55cm and the
elution concentration is 80%, the obtain rate and the content of astragaloside are
relatively high. |
