研究了脱水法合成6-苄基氨基嘌呤(6-BA)的最佳反应条件。腺嘌呤、氢氧化钠水溶液和过量的苯甲醇混合后共热,不断蒸出水醇共沸物,反应结束后残留物加水溶解,用酸中和后得产品。该法合成的6-BA纯度高、产率高、成本低。 |

Abstract: |
The optimal reaction conditions of synthesizing 6-benzylaminopurine(6-BA) were studied. Adenlne, NaOH solution and excessive benzyl alcohol were mixed together and heated to remove water, The residue was dissolved in water and neutralized to obtain the final product. the advantages of this method are low cost, high yield and purity. |
