研究了加热法提取工艺条件对苜蓿叶蛋白质的含量的影响。通过不同pH值和苜蓿的不同生长期的单因素,以及不同加水比例,加盐比例,提取液pH值和絮凝温度对蛋白质含量影响的多因素试验,得出了制取高蛋白质含量叶蛋白的提取工艺条件。 |

Abstract: |
The effect of heating extracting technical conditions on alfalfa leaf protein(ALP) content is studied systematically. The effect of the single factor,pH and different growth period of alfalfa ;the multiple factors, water added, salt added ratio, pH of extracted solution and flocculating temperature on ALP protein content are examined. The optimized extracting technical conditions for ALP is given. |
