天然气锅炉燃烧控制系统的任务是节约能源,改善炉内气氛,减少环境污染。合理的空/燃比是控制燃烧质量的关键。双交叉限幅可以在负荷扰动时得到高精度的空/燃比,从而避免了动态过程中空/燃比失调。通过检测烟气中的氧含量来修正空/燃比可以收更好的控制效果。 |

Abstract: |
The task of gas boiler combustion control system is energy-saving, atmosphere improvement in boiler chamber and reducing pollution. The ratio of air to gas which is the key of combution quality control can be realized high-precisely during load disturbance by two cross limit range to prevent its maladjustment in the dynamic process. Modifying the ratio of air to gas by testing the content of oxygen in smoke, good control effect can be obtained. |
