测定了2℃和13℃下黄瓜及4℃和16℃下番茄中的腐胺和亚精胺含量。结果表明,冷害发生前,黄瓜和番茄中的多胺含量呈上升趋势,冷害发生后,其含量呈下降趋势;温度预处理在减轻黄瓜冷害的同时,延长了腐胺含量增加的过程。 |
