在计算机中用五参数 Logistic 回归方程对玉米赤霉烯酮不同免疫分析方法的数据进行处理,方便、快速、准确地建立标准曲线及测定样品中未知抗原浓度,克服了手工绘制曲线、查算抗原浓度的随意性及繁琐性,使免疫分析方法的数据处理更科学更简便,同时与常用的 Logit-log 模型的处理结果进行了比较,表明五参数 Logistic 回归模型更合理更准确。模型中的五个参数具有特定的物理及生物意义,与免疫分析方法的基本参数有一定的联系。 |
