在摇瓶条件下研究了影响猪生长激素(pGH)基因工程菌表达效率的某些因素。实验结果表明:工程菌 pJW301/JA221在不同光密度时开始诱导,诱导不同时间及不同通气量对pGH 的表达效率影响较大;过夜培养物存放时间的长短及不同氨苄青霉素(Amp)浓度对表达效率稍有影响。表达载体 pJW301转化不同受体菌,其表达效率有较大差异。 |
