用放射性同位素示踪技术研究了新有机磷杀虫剂14C-甲基异柳磷在黄瓜植株内的吸收、转运和分布。结果表明:甲基异柳磷是一具有内吸性能的杀虫剂。它可以经根系、茎或叶被黄瓜植株吸收,并可以在植株的木质部和韧皮部两个系统内转运,但在木质部内的转运较之在韧皮部内的转运为易。试验结果还表明,无论以何种方式用14C-甲基异柳磷处理供试植株,随着药剂作用时间的增加,植株所吸收的放射性物质大部分累积在叶内。 |

With the aid of isotopic technique,absorption,translocation and distribution of a new organophosphorus insecticide~(14)C-M-ISP in cucumber seeding were studied.The re- sults showed ~(14)C-M-ISP is a systemic insecticide.The substance could be absorbed by root, leave or stem of cucumber seedling and then translocated in xylem and phleom of the plants.
