本文探讨结合遗传差异和育种目标进行小麦育种中亲本选配的问题。提出了亲本选配的组合质量指数法:CPI=D~2/SSD。CPI(Cross Performance Index)即组合质量指数,D2为亲本间遗传距离,SSD 为由这些亲本杂交产生的后代群体平均与育种目标的加权离差平方和。CPI 大的组合优于 CPI 小的组合。作者还提出了一种计算复交组合亲本间遗传距离的方法。 |
