Giemsa 显带表明,小麦 ph_b(ph 基因突变系)×春黑麦杂种 F_1减数分裂所形成的二价体,包括三种类型的配对结构;(1)小麦染色体组内部分同源染色体配对约占72%;(2)黑麦染色体组内异源配对约占2%;(3)小麦染色体与黑麦染色体属间非同源配对,约占26%.三种配对类型的形成不是随机的,联会频率的大小以及联会紧密程度取决于染色体结构和遗传功能相似程度。根据显带证明,确有属间异型二价体存在,这便表明非同源染色体的异染色质,在ph 基因的作用下,是能发生联会的。 |
