为研究藤黄酸在农业上的应用,设计用改进的方法对藤黄树脂进行提取分离,确定其化学结构,合成其衍生物,并对其结构与杀菌活性的相互关系进行探讨。分离提纯与生物试验的结果表明:藤黄提取物中抑菌效果较好的主要成分是藤黄酸(Gambo-gic acid)和新藤黄酸(Neogambogic acid),而且新藤黄酸对棉花枯萎病(Fusariumvasinfectum Atkinson)、棉花炭疽病(Glomerella gossypii Edgerton)、棉化立枯病(Rhizoctonia solani Kuehu)和苹果腐烂病(Valsa moli Miyabe et Yamada)的抑菌效果优于藤黄酸。合成了新藤黄酸的五个衍生物:(1)6-0-甲基新藤黄酸甲酯;(2)6-0-乙基新藤黄酸乙酯;(3)4,6-二-0-乙酰基新藤黄酸;(4)8,12-二羟基新藤黄酸;(5)9,10;27,28;32,33;37p 38-八溴代新藤黄酸。生物试验结果表明,分子结构中 C4上多一个羟基的新藤黄酸,其抑菌活性高于藤黄酸。新藤黄酸分子中羧基上的活泼氢被甲基化或乙基化都使分子的抑制活性消失。C4、C6上两个羟基被乙酰化成为酯基... |

Bioactive compounds from Garcinia morella were extracted and studied.A new computer programme was established by Modified Simplex Method(MSM).
