研究了冬小麦叶片的分化、生长、形态与结构。小麦胚叶数在不同品种及生育条件之间均为3-4个,但3或4胚叶籽粒的比例却有明显差异,主要决定于籽粒建成过程的持续时间及其相应的生育条件。成熟籽粒的胚叶均处在建成过程中,尚未最后建成,其中第4胚叶处于奠基期。建成叶片的长、宽主要决定于轴向细胞数和横向细胞数及叶脉数,与细胞大小无关;厚度决定于叶肉细胞高度,脉间叶肉细胞均为四层。确定了小麦主茎叶片分组(胚叶、近根叶、茎生叶)的形态、组织结构标准。 |
