Abstract: |
In this paper,we discussed the mobilization of storage protein of seeds during germination.Particular emphasis will be given to the three major components involved:the protein body,the storage pro- teins,and the proteolytic enzymes,including their subcellular locali- zation,respective changes during germination,and control mechanisms. We also made some review on the works in China and prospected the future in the field. |
