把一个植株看成是由几个隔室组成的动态系统,并对各隔室的光合产率和化学反应速率作出合理的假设,就可根据物质守恒原理对此系统建立一个以隔室体积 Vi 和糖浓度 Ci为因变量的动力学方程式组。用欧拉法对此方程式组进行数值积分,就可以一举而模拟出植株生长、蔗糖输运、蔗糖浓度分布和干物质分配等随时间而变化的历程。试算结果说明,只要适当地调整方程式中的参数值,就可以在计算机上生长出合理的株型和果穗,其它各方面的情况也与实际情况定性地符合。 |
