从自然界中分离得到的玉米赤霉菌 G.zeae BAU-z8菌系只具有在固体培养基中合成玉米赤霉烯酮的能力。经过亚硝基胍和紫外线对 BAU-z8的诱变处理后,再经筛选和分离纯化,得到了具有在液体常温条件下生成玉米赤霉烯酮的突变株D4-21,并对其生成玉米赤霉烯酮的条件进行了研究。试验表明:培养基的碳源、氮源种类;碳、氮、磷的浓度及 C/N 值;初始 pH 值、培养温度、通气量等因素都对玉米赤霉烯酮产量有很大影响。通过试验,确定了摇瓶发酵培养基成份的最佳组合以及最适的培养条件为:葡萄糖18%、尿素0.27%、K2HPO4 0.05%、酵母膏0.10%、MgSO4 0.25%、KCl 0.025%、pH5.4—5.5(自然)、装量:120ml/500ml 摇瓶、温度:21—24℃,经摇床震荡培养2周,产量可达2—2.2g/l。 |

A mutant of Gibberella zeae BAU_(_z8)was obtained through the treatment with NTG and UV light.BAU_(_z8)was isolated from corn grown in the suburb fields of Beijing by Li et al(2),which produced zearalenone only in solid media.The mutant D_(4-21),however,can produce zearalenone in liquid media under room temperature.
