一、引言自70年代以来合成拟除虫菊酯的工作发展很快,稍作回顾就会发现先后合成了耐光性的农用拟除虫菊酯:二氯苯醚菊酯、氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、杀灭菊酯和氟氰菊酯等。这些拟除虫菊酯的杀虫活性较天然除虫菊素高几十倍,其中特别是溴氰菊酯的工业产品含98%的有效成分是单一的右旋顺式异构体Decis药效特高,比其它现有拟除虫菊酯要高4至10倍。氟氰菊酯药效与氯氰菊酯近似,并为杀灭菊酯和二氯苯醚菊酯的两倍。因拟除虫菊酯的每亩次用量不到1克或多至几克,使毒性和残留问题都会有改善,更重要的是其对农作物尚具有 |

Abstract: |
Five pyrethroid insecticides permethrin,eypermethrin,deltamethrin, fenvalerate and flucythrinate were determined by gas liquid chromatogra- phy with an electron capture detector in some general methods com- dared with different column and temperature. A method is presented for the determination of five pyrethroid insec- ticides by high pressure liquid chromatography with normal-phase mi- cropak si-5 column,isocratic elution was with hexane-isopropyl ether (90:10).The isomers were separated very well. |
