稳定同位素15N 光谱分析的最终目的是获得定量分析结果,即氮原子的百分含量。由于 NOI-5型分析仪未配备数据处理系统,定量分析所需的峰高值的测取及结果计算的操作方法显得原始而落后。以 TP801单板机为核心部件的自动数据处理系统与该分析仪的联机应用,成功地解决了这一问题。本文介绍了该系统的原理、构成及程序控制方法。 |

The final aim of spectrum analysis of stability isotope ~(15)N is to obtain quantitative results,i.e.the percentage of ~(15)N in the sample.
