This paper discribes the variation of the CO_2 concentration and CO_2 profiles during daytime.The phenomena were observed in high yield wheat field of Beijing district. It shows that the CO_2 concentration is very low in an actively photosynthesising wheat field.It is lower than 250 ppm at the level of two thirds of the plant height.During a calm sunny day,it even decreases to 150 ppm or so i.e.it is only about fifty percent of aver- age of CO_2 concentration in the atmosphere.
